The barista at Grounds of Being in the Divinity School (Swift Hall) submits a new service request using her smart phone. 

Facilities Services completes over 61,000 service requests each year. You may submit a service request by calling or submitting an on-line work order.
We encourage you to continue to use your preferred method of submitting a work order.

  • Complete a New Request by providing contact information and the details of the issue.
  • Add an attachment to New Requests – Scroll to the bottom of the New Request tab and attach up to 3 pictures or documents to describe your request. 
  • The request will be sent to the Service Center for dispatch. 
  • You will receive an email confirming our receipt of the request and providing a service request number that can be used for follow-up.

  • You can filter by any of the column headings for more information.
