Facility Services will be mobilizing a construction project for the above location listed. The project consists of renovation of the lower-level office suite that will convert 3 offices (Rooms 012, 013, 014) to 5 new smaller offices. Please see below for schedule and anticipated impacts.
Schedule:
- Start: Monday, December 15, 2025
- The work will happen in 1 phase and will continue through the first week of January 2026.
- The work will mostly be contained within the rooms and areas of construction.
Construction Impacts/Disruptions: Throughout the project, building occupants and visitors can expect the following:
- Construction Noise and some vibration due to the impact of drywall demolition, sawing, hammering, etc. should be expected.
- Workers will be on site from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. Mondays – Saturdays
- Fire sprinkler work is anticipated in the work zone. Further updates will be provided when specific details on any impact have been clarified.
