Over the next 3–4 weeks, the contractor executing the Hutchinson Quad paver work will be temporarily adjusting project logistics to accommodate an increased volume of material excavation, haul-off, and material placement. Beginning the week of July 14, construction trucks will enter the quad through Cobb Gate and will be staged between Culver Hall and Kent Lab (please see the graphic for further details).

Construction Impacts/Disruptions: Throughout the project, building occupants and visitors can expect the following:
- Flaggers will be stationed to safely direct trucks to and from the project site.
- The truck staging area will be used only during construction hours (6 a.m. to 3 p.m.). No vehicles will be left overnight.
- Staged vehicles will be turned off while parked and waiting to enter the project site.
- Pedestrian paths will remain open as shown.
- Truck frequency will vary, but could be as high as one truck leaving the site every half hour during peak excavation activity.
