Under the direction and guidance of the Senior Leadership Team, a strategic planning team was formed that included two members from each of the department’s four units. This collaborative process involved the collection of information/data, organization of ideas, and identification of future activities to support the department goals for the next three years.
The final product is a comprehensive plan that exemplifies Facilities Service's commitment to upholding the University’s mission, as well as, our vision of being a national leader in higher education facilities management.
