During the week of March 13, mobilization for phase 2 construction will start at Bartlett Commons. There will be site fencing and scaffolding installed in preparation for façade repairs and restoration that continues throughout the summer. The below graphic reflects what to expect at/near the construction site. The building will be a construction site through Sept. 2023.
The campus community can expect the following:
- The use of construction vehicles and a crane will be ongoing.
- A noise and dust mitigation plan will be followed throughout construction.
- Walkways will be temporarily unavailable as shown in the graphic; signage will inform pedestrians of alternate routes.
- Workers will be on site each day until 3:30 p.m.; Saturday work will be scheduled, as needed.
