Newly Installed Accessible Lifts

October 20, 2020

There are newly installed accessible lifts on campus in Kersten Physics Teaching Center and Haskell Hall. The lifts were constructed over the summer and are now operational.

Haskell Hall: the lift is located at the ground level accessible via the building’s west entrance and serves the 1st floor. The use instructions are located inside the lift.

Kersten Hall: the lift is located on the 1st floor, lower level, and is accessed from the courtyard off Ellis Avenue. The lift, located across from room 106, provides access to the upper level of the 1st floor and the classrooms. Additionally, the lift can be accessed from ERC or GCIS and from 57th Street (via elevator) for access to KPTC 106, and the courtyard.
