Operations and Maintenance (O&M) works to ensure safe, attractive, and functional facilities for the campus and its visitors.
- Three Engineering shops positioned throughout the campus — North Campus, South Campus, and Hull Court — maintain and repair mechanical building systems such as plumbing, heating, and air conditioning.
- The Electric shop maintains and repairs campus exterior wiring and lighting, fire alarms, and elevators.
- Building trade shops address specific needs such as those related to carpentry, decorating, locks and keys for building interiors; and roofing, masonry, sheet metal and paving for exterior aspects of the campus.
- The Grounds Service crew maintains and improves campus grounds including landscapes, athletic fields, and horticultural features. The crew provides snow removal, University vehicle fuel dispensing, and automotive repair.
- Campus Services manages contracted services such as custodial, pest control, refuse collection, and recycling pick up. Campus Services includes Faculty Exchange intracampus mail delivery.
