Client Services provides campus clients a central point of contact with Facilities Services for communication and coordination.
- Client Services Managers (CSMs) work with building users to identify and prioritize needs and related costs. They in turn coordinate client requests of service with the appropriate Facilities group.
- The Planning Manager oversees the Work Center, where clients call for maintenance requests. The Planning Manager coordinates with Operations and Maintenance for the scheduling and planning of work.
- The University Work Center, located at 5608 South Stony Island Avenue, takes requests from campus clients and forwards them to the appropriate shop or service.
