FACILITY SUMMARY

West Campus Utility Plant - architectural drawing

The West Campus Utility Plant is designed to house 12,500 tons of chilled water capacity and 450,000 pph (pounds of steam per hour) of steam capacity. The plant will provide utilities to medical and research buildings on the west and central portions of the campus. The first phase of the project includes construction of the plant building and the installation of the first 5,000 tons of chiller capacity.
