| Project Name: | FOSTER FAÇADE PARTIAL RESTORATION |
| Project Scope: | Partial restoration of the masonry façade on the 59th Street and University Avenue elevations. Inspection of the façade is scheduled to begin June 15. Restoration activities will begin after the inspection is completed. |

A lift will be used on 59th Street and University Avenue to inspect the façade. There will be noise and dust at times during restoration activities; all construction on this project will be completed behind the construction scaffolding. |
| Mitigation Efforts: | Vacuum grinders are being used to limit the amount of dust in the air; the fenced area will be well defined with the required green construction mesh applied. |
