This project will create a utility distribution corridor for steam, chilled water, compressed air, and voice/datacabling. The distribution system will extend from the existing steam plant west along 61st Street to Ellis Avenue. The utility services will be routed through a 30-foot setback between the street and University buildings which will provide an attractive and consistent landscaped edge along the north side of 61st Street.
