The Mixed Use Building at 61st Street & Woodlawn will combine parking for up to 1,000 cars, and an office building “wrapped” around the 61st Street and Woodlawn Avenue faces of the parking structure. The size of the office building is to be determined but will include first floor retail space and offices on upper floors.
