Originally built as a switching station for Illinois Bell Telephone, this building is being renovated for office space. The renovation includes converting a central light well into a skylighted atrium with walkways to connect the two halves of the building. The Toyota Technical Institute (TTI), currently housed in the Press Building, will relocate to offices on the fourth and fifth floors.
