The 75-year-old Burton Judson Courts still retains its original clay tile roof. Inspections have determined that the roof is at the end of its useful life and needs to be replaced, and the building facade requires extensive repair. A five-year plan has been developed for these repairs. Work will be done during the summer months to minimize disruption to students living in the dormitory complex.
