International House is nearing the end of a multi-year, multi-phase renovation to modernize residential space and repair and replace the building’s infrastructure, roof, and façade. Improvements include renovated rooms with new furniture, new bathrooms, and improvements to public areas in the basement and on the first floor of the building. We will also be extending chilled water from the Chiller Plant to I-House.
